Plasmashell restarts when using slideshow wallpapers, every time the wallpaper
rotates.

EXPECTED RESULT
For the current wallpaper to be rotated without restarting plasmashell.

Linux Distro: openSUSE Tumbleweed (20221001)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I also have enabled the option to make the accent colour of the Breeze theme
match my current wallpaper. I would not be surprised if that is part of what is
leading to this issue. Simply because not only the wallpaper has to be switched
out, but the current accent colour too.
