STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change CMake default generator
2. Kick build - build still uses old generator
3. Remove build directory, build now uses new generator
OBSERVED RESULT
Changing default generator does not really work if CMake cache files are not
removed
EXPECTED RESULT
Automatically remove cmake cache files so that changes are applied immediately
