When searching (through krunner or any other location) the results of the
search should also return settings for any active widgets.
For instance, searching for "battery" while having the Battery and Brightness
widget in the Systray, does not return an option for the settings page of the
widget, so users may not discover that it is possible to enable battery
percentage on the widget - especially since it does return "Energy Saving" and
"Advanced Power Settings", where this option is not available.
Might need to somehow account for multiple active instances of a widget
though...
