Summary: problems with select a selection of a frame to add it

layer, when i just want one frame to a new layer.

Bug!!!! here
I select a drawing figure on my animation, then i copy and paste the selection
of my figure, then it copy and paste many other sequences too, like it copy
group frames of drawings. when i want just one figure/frame or movement of
animation copied to a new layer.
