STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download the attached .torrent file
2. open the downloaded torrent with Ktorrent via Dolphin or desktop -
right-click, hover over 'Open with' and choose Ktorrent
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Ktorrent opens but it does not open the .torrent file
EXPECTED RESULT
Ktorrent opens the .torrent file
