Display 3-5 recently used people's names in face region name drop-down

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In the image Preview window, click on an unknown face region - name
displayed as "Unknown".
2. Click on the drop-down down arrow to display people's name list, without
typing anything in the name field/leave it as is.
OBSERVED RESULT
- Names list is displayed, if the user starts typing, the drop-down displays
suggested matches.
EXPECTED RESULT
- When the name field is empty, and the user clicks on the "down" arrow display
the most recently used names in regions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Oftentimes, the user may be batch tagging multiple images with the same
people. This way, it makes the face tagging workflow more efficient (less
typing).
- Windows Photo Gallery would do this and it was a time-saver. It would also
display any people tags with no face regions associated to them in the photo in
the drop-down options list, this could also be considered.
