After the laptop is hooked onto the docking station, the external screens don't enable automagically. I enter Kscreen click on "Enable" and then on apply. Now sometimes one of them stays black, and it happens that it is the primary screen with the panel. If I am lucky i have a konsole on the other screen and call xrandr manual, but of the other screens contain just the background image. Another possibility to solve this, would be to be able to start kscreen by right click on the background.
