I can reproduce this bug neither in KDevelop nor in Kate. In KDevelop the
Ctrl+. shortcut is assigned to Jump to Declaration by default. And the shortcut
works as expected on my Manjaro system with English (US) and English
(programmer Dvorak) layouts. What keyboard layout do you use? Could you try to
reproduce with the English (US) layout?
