digikam isn't finding new items after being interrupted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add new collection
2. Close digikam whilst automatic scanning of files is in progress
3. start digikam again
OBSERVED RESULT
The program restarts scanning for new items, but stops before completing the
process. Running 'Maintenance Scan for New Items' does not complete the scan of
all folders.
I have folders for each year from 1999 to 2022, each contains folders for the
months in that year. When I stopped digikam it was processing 2014. When
restarted it processed more of 2014, but nothing after June 2014.
The last time I ran it, it finished in a few minutes and does not appeared to
have found more items.
EXPECTED RESULT
All relevant files in the Collection would be added to the collection and be
visible in albums.
