SUMMARY
After update plasma-workspace to 5.26 popups of third-party widgets have wrong
sizes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install widget https://github.com/kotelnik/plasma-applet-weather-widget or
WebSlice https://www.pling.com/p/998902
2. Add OWM city in plasma-applet-weather-widget
3. Open popup
OBSERVED RESULT
Popup size in plasma-applet-weather-widget too small with plasma-workspace
5.26.2
With 5.25.4 size is fine https://imgur.com/a/9dqUoz4
WebSlice popup widow also have fixed size https://imgur.com/a/r2BiUkr
Changing of popup size settings has no effect https://imgur.com/a/Pm1H6gZ
EXPECTED RESULT
Correct popup sizes should be taken into account.
