SUMMARY
Static Word Wrap is working manually only.
must be added for each file.
settings of it is not working at all.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kate
2. set in menu Static Word Wrap , And In Kate Configure > editing > Word Wrap
at fixed column
3. reopen Kate, Static Word Wrap is not selected
OBSERVED RESULT
Kate Configure is not taking effects.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kate Configure take effects in all opened files.
