STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have two network devices - I have an ethernet NIC and an Android phone
connected in usb tethering mode
2. click on plasma-nm applet and click on any connection
3. click on 'Configure...' button of the clicked device - please see the
attached screenshot
OBSERVED RESULT
standalone window of 'Connections...' KCM opens
EXPECTED RESULT
'Connections...' KCM opens inside System Settings
