STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add hdmi monitor
2. systemsettings-display configuration
3. try to arrange monitors in upper right window.
OBSERVED RESULT
cannot seem to grab and move the monitor icon to the desired position
EXPECTED RESULT
easy rearranging of monitor icons
