When you get to the page that shows the KAccounts KCM and you click the "Add
Account" button, it pushes a page that displays a visually blank sub-page, with
no content. However the content is all there; if I click in the place where I
know there's content (i.e. the list view with new accounts you can add), it
activates the thing I clicked on.
I bisected back to 7d5b7a54f4c0d98b9f1485de7994ff7409c97327 when the KAccounts
KCM was added to the app, and it's broken back then too. So clearly something
has changed elsewhere in the environment since then.
The KAccounts page works fine from System Settings and kcmshell5.
