STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a new document
2. activate mirror horizontal and mirror vertical and place them in center for
reference
3. zoom out to the maximum possible
OBSERVED RESULT
document will jitter up and down as it reaches the maximum value of zoom in.
this happens going in and out with zoom.
EXPECTED RESULT
zooming to a fixed point on the canvas to be smooth.
