Making the global menu appear by activating hot corner
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open GTK application.
OBSERVED RESULT
Global menu does not display until an applet is activated or windows are
switched once back and forth or hot corner is activated.
EXPECTED RESULT
Global menu for GTK app should appear once it's in focus.
