On the current version of Kirigami any item that is not the flickable in a
ScrollablePage cannot receive mouse events. This was discovered in the Neochat
bug https://invent.kde.org/network/neochat/-/issues/558. Not sure if this is
intended behaviour, if so would probably be worth documenting.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add clickable item to ScrollablePage outside the flickable item
2. Try to click on it

The item doesn't receive mouse events
