SUMMARY
It would be a great addition to Vertical Tabs if the tabs where mostly
hidden(only icons show) and the tabs could expand on mouse hover - already in
Microsoft Edge
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Vertical Tabs persistent on left of screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Vertical Tabs persistent on left of screen(only icon), but expand on mouse
hover
