pic one is output after change value to opaque,pic two is output after reboot.
I change panel opacity to opaque and it changed the blur like img one shown,but
after reboot in launcher background become blur shown in img 2.i check the
value of opacity still in opaque.
i tried several time but same result
im using kubuntu lts 22.04 ,lenova ideapad
