That's behavior on most DEs. If you focus a windows that spawned a
notification, that notification is automatically dismissed from pending
notifications (bell icon in case of KDE). I think there should be at least an
option to set this behavior, but in my humble opinion - this should be a
default.
In Gnome for example, if I get notification from Discord and I focus Discord
window, all of the notifications are automatically dismissed.

OBSERVED RESULT
Focusing window that spawns notification doesn't dismiss all the notifications.
Currently the only way to dismiss a notification is to click "x" or click on
notification.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be an option that would allow focusing window that spawns
notification should dismiss the notification.
