SUMMARY
I can't set left-handed mode for my tablet and change tablet area orientation
in Wayland session. In X11 those options don't exist at all.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings
2. Navigate to "Input devices → Drawing tablet"
3. Every option is grayed out
OBSERVED RESULT
Almost any option, including "Left-handed mode" in "Input Devices → Drawing
tablet" is grayed out.
EXPECTED RESULT
Not grayed out options and normal settings
