STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland
2. open an app
3. right-click on the window decoration, hover over 'More actions' and choose
"Configure special application settings...'
OBSERVED RESULT
kwin_wayland hangs for ~10 seconds. Even the mouse pointer freezes.
After ~10 seconds, kwin_wayland unhungs and the "Configure special application
settings...' window opens.
EXPECTED RESULT
kwin_wayland should not hang
