This reports an UX inconsistency between the USER and GROUP permission boxes in
the properties tab of a file's properties pop-up window. When changing USER
ownership permissions, beginning to type starts a convenient and nice auto-fill
to tab-complete the entry. However, this feature is missing from the GROUP
permission box.
