When removing the hdmi connection, the system does not update the monitor
configuration, for kde it is as if there are two monitors

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I connected a monitor to the notebook's HDMI,
2. I removed the HDMI cable and it did not update the applications for the main
monitor, they were stuck on the second monitor
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 22.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5
