SUMMARY
The editing menu for latte docks and panels is ill-formed on wayland, making
editing impossible. Screenshot attached provides more info than description
can.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Begin Wayland session
2. Attempt to edit latte dock or panel.
OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
The editing menu should be accessible and provide a number of options, rather
than barely existing.
