SUMMARY
If you set the CPU usage of the general "Applications" tab to "text only" or
"line chart", so without the scaling to 100%, the "details" pane does not
follow this setting and displays data scaled to 100%, leading to a clear
mismatch that can generate confusion.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set CPU usage in the general "Applications" tab to "text only" or "line
chart"
2. Open the details sidebar
OBSERVED RESULT
The details sidebar scales the data to 100%, irrespective of the user's choice
for the general column.
EXPECTED RESULT
The details sidebar reflects the setting of the general column.
