[Wacom][Wayland] Cannot unhide autohide panel with wacom cursor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a panel auto-hide;
2. Hover the wacom cursor near the panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel should unhide.
