Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run neon-devedition-gitstable-20160915-2025-amd64.iso
2.Right click desktop, configure desktop
Actual Results:
opens two windows
One titled "Folder View Settings - Plasma" and the other"Folder View Settings -
Plasma <2>"
Expected Results:
Open one window only
