In previous versions you couldn't open pdfs but could be downloaded
for instance you search a topic and if it is posted as pdf the browser just
doesn't do anything
try to look this random pdf:
http://papers.neurips.cc/paper/6978-falkon-an-optimal-large-scale-kernel-method.pdf
not downloaded automatically nor available to watch
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a search engine and search a term
2. look for any link with a PDF button
3. click it and will not be viewed nor downloaded
OBSERVED RESULT
can not download nor view automatically any pdf
EXPECTED RESULT
at least a download, an extension to read pdfs
