STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click settings ยป Manage profiles
2. create a new profile and set it to be default
3. do necessary changes and apply
4. close and reopen Konsole and notices certain changes have been applied but
not all
5. go to manage profiles and recently created profile isn't there but only
Built-in [read only]
OBSERVED RESULT
created konsole profile disappear and only part of changes get applied
EXPECTED RESULT
Created profile should be saved and present so user can tweak change and/or
deleted etc. and not become invisble but some of the settings we have applied
to be there others changes just getting ignored.
