SUMMARY

Every time i try to enable a already plugged display (Even if it was plugged
prior to the operation/system reboot), the Display does not enable on the first
Apply, needing for another user attempt to work
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a Secondary Display on the Menu
2. Enable it
3. Hit apply
4. Nothing will happen, a Pop-up dialog asking you if you want to keep the
changes should appear, also the display should have turne on.
5. Disable it without applying
6. Enable it again the apply, the display should turn on and then the pop-up
will appear

OBSERVED RESULT
The display will not turn on, and the pop-up to keep changes will not appear

EXPECTED RESULT
The pop-up should appear and the display should have turned on
