Visual description
The message reaction buttons cover the file action buttons. It only happens
when there are multiple files above each other. It does not hinder usability as
hovering the lower file the file action button are on the same line, while the
reaction buttons are upper, covering only the previous file action buttons, yet
visually it looks bad. See attached screenshot.
