Probably not best place to post this, but ... I've created new winter theme and
I'd like to submit it. Is there some procedure?
Couldn't find anything on webs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create awesome seasonal theme
2. Find way to publish it in public domain
3. Profit
