With KDevelop installed (correct icon)
SUMMARY
The small breakpoint icon does not show if KDevelop is not installed. See
screenshots for the icon I mean.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Remove KDevelop installation
2. Breakpoint icon disappears
3. Install KDevelop
4. Breakpoint icon reappears
OBSERVED RESULT
Breakpoint icon does not show if KDevelop is not installed
EXPECTED RESULT
Breakpoint icon does shows even if KDevelop is not installed
