STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure "launch feedback" to "static"
2. Set screen scaling to 200%
OBSERVED RESULT
The launch icon is twice as big as it should be
EXPECTED RESULT
The icon should be scaled by the same amount as everything else, not double
that amount
