When I open new file or existing file the Krita takes 10+ seconds or doesn't
seem to refresh at all the interface with the new file or opened existing file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krita
2. Start new image or open existing file.
3. On my Chrome it doesn't seem to refresh, I have to minimize Krita and the
maximize it again.
