SUMMARY
Character Map KRunner is activated by entering ‘#’ and a hexadecimal NCR or a
defined entity. There are 5 problems with this component (that I know of).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Character Map KRunner configuration panel.
2. Press the Help button.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Actually, the [Help] menu in the configuration panel should show the standard
commands [Manual], [Report a Bug] and [About]. Were it so, it would not be
possible to specify the right component for the new issue.
