SUMMARY
When Dolphin's left sidebar is narrower than the strings in some of the items,
there needs to be a tooltip that shows users the full name of the elided
string. This way, the user who is scanning without clicking can get a sense of
what they are missing without much UI intervention. This is generally a common
practice across systems. I think we should integrate that here.
