Could be a corrupted icon cache or a corrupted color scheme. Please try the following, in order: 1. In a terminal window, run `rm ~/.cache/icon-cache.kcache`. Then reboot. 2. Go to System Settings > Appearance > Global Themes, apply a different global theme, then re-apply the Breeze global theme.
