STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings -> Switch Application Language
2. Add new Fallback Language (Setting both languages to Spanish - See attached
image)
3. Accept (Get a confirmation pop-up - See attached image)
4. File -> Quit
5. Close all applications in Android desktop
6. Open Krita
OBSERVED RESULT
The menus stay in English
EXPECTED RESULT
The menus changed to Spanish
