            Bug ID: 463916
Summary: UI Improvement: The editing tools side panel should be
scroll-able so it takes less vertical space and allows
the window to be resized and not have too much window
                    height
    Classification: Applications

Gwenview window takes too much vertical space when editing tools are shown

Currently, showing the editing tools makes the window have a minimum height
which isn't small, especially on a screen with below Full HD resolution.
Look how it takes the entire screen height on a 1366*768 screen in the attached
video.
I suggest the items in the editing tools panel be made scroll-able, so the
window can be resized to a smaller window height and take less vertical space.
I feel it'll enhance the experience, especially on lower res screens.
