Non-scalable icon for Activities addon on vertical panel arrangement.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a vertical panel
2. add the Activities widget
3. Set in the activities widget configuration to display the icon of the
current activity
4. (Optional) Change the panel width (e.g. in my case, 30px on a FHD 14"
screen)
OBSERVED RESULT
The icon is enormous
EXPECTED RESULT
The activity icon should scale accordingly with the panel size (like all the
other icons).
