People who wish to disable decorations and move the window controls to the main
Falkon window are probably not interested enough to send a patch.

The small space (2 pixels to be exact) are added to the top and bottom margins
when the tabs are set to be on the top.
I think these 2 pixels from the TOP margin can be removed.
