Kate Windows download links from "kate-editor.com" are broken, giving a 403.
REPRODUCE
* Go to "https://kate-editor.org/get-it/";
* Download Windows 64-bit installer .exe
* Gets sent to
"https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kate_Release_win64/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/kate-22.12.0-1905-windows-cl-msvc2019-x86_64.exe";,
which is broken (assumingly), giving 403.
