8-12 months from now, when Plasma 6 is released.

As you can see from Comment 49 and follow-up comments, we did try to work
around this in Plasma code. Unfortunately the workaround caused other issues.
We also tried to backport the Qt 6 fix fix to Qt 5, and that caused regressions
too. Do you have an idea of what else we could have done to improve this for
the Plasma 5 series?
