Hi, thank you for your report.
I can confirm with the Krita Version: 5.2.0-prealpha (git 5c98a72) Appimage
with Qt 5.15.7
In general, fill layer's settings aren't scaled along image->scale to new size.
Perhaps the whole image needs to be merged first before scaling for export, as
wee have a similar problem with layer styles.
