I can't exactly confirm this issue but facing a similar one. I can repro my issue while surfing on github.com - the back button always leads to the "blank/startup" page of Konqueror. Please provide information which logs or detail-information I should send you to move on with analyzing this bug or advice to open a new bug with this slightly different issue.
