I have searched many tar files (latest releases) and it is missing from all of
them, 8.0.0-beta1 too.

1. Open a source (tar.gz file) released
OBSERVED RESULT
Untranslated to Valencian Language.
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to use the translation from the published version.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am the translator of the Catalan (ca) and Valencian (ca@valencia) versions,
but I like that the work is distributed, I have also made sure that the quality
is good.
I personally use the translation with msgfmt -a 1 po -o mo and it works.
