When I look at Google's terms of service and interpret them, this is not allowed by Google. I don't know how far Google would go to defend their terms and conditions in the future. In addition, there are many things we can't do without the JavaScript API. I will look at the map display in Geosetter. But I find it interesting that Geosetter is not willing to deposit a payment account with Google either. But they probably won't be able to get by with the 28,000 queries per month either.
