after today's upgrade i found out that none of my wifi passwords doesn't get
saved and i should enter them every time of connecting to a wifi.
i noticed that kwalletmanager is not working at all.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. it starts at the system boot
2. if not. just run kwalletmanager5
OBSERVED RESULT
empty window. create new wallet doesn't change anything
EXPECTED RESULT
work as it work before
